Clement David

Clement David is a multi-disciplinary expert with an MBA in Advanced AI & Automation (Nexford University), complemented by postgraduate diplomas in Project Management, HR, CRM, and Environmental Safety, as well as executive certifications from Harvard Business School and Lean Six Sigma. His technical foundation includes a background in Electrical Electronics Engineering, augmented by chartered diplomas in Facility Management, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship. An alumnus of the American Academy of Project Management, he holds associate memberships across prestigious institutes, including the Chartered Institute of Project Management (Ghana) and the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and Safety Management (USA).

As a Principal Consultant at Nextzon Group, Clement drives innovation across multiple ventures: he is Director of Operations at Xanda Farms (a dairy enterprise), COO at Road Runner Mobility Technology (UK-based e-hailing), and Co-founder/COO at Cardri Inc (US fintech enabling African payments). In the public sector, he has advised state governments on IGR automation, notably increasing Abia State’s revenue to over ₦2 billion monthly. He also leads the Dutch-funded Xanda Farms Digital Literacy Project and has trained organizations like UNDP and Junior Chamber International.

A dedicated leader, Clement serves on boards including Rootnet International, AGP Legal, and Korrect Health. He has held pivotal roles in Junior Chamber International (JCI) for over a decade, rising from local leadership to 2025 Chairman of Secretariat Development. Fluent in English, Igbo, and Hausa (intermediate Yoruba), he has traveled across Nigeria’s 36 states and three African countries, reflecting his commitment to cross-sector impact and continental collaboration.
