In her current role as Adviser, Economic Coordination to the Honorable Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Hauwa Nana Ibrahim leads strategic initiatives that align national economic priorities with development objectives. She plays a key role in the Federal Executive Council Initiative on Domestic Sales of Crude Oil and Refined Products in Naira, and drives forward inclusive economic programs that empower young people, expand employment opportunities, and ensure equitable access to resources.
She also represents the Ministry of Finance on the National Economic Council’s Human Capital Development (HCD 2.0) Technical Working Group, contributing to national strategies that prioritize investments in health, education, and livelihoods—laying the groundwork for long-term prosperity.
